Chord practice need not be boring!

When people say they want to learn the guitar, they usually want to be the cool guy strumming the chords to popular songs by the campfire. This is,in fact, easy! The only thing you need to learn are 3-5 simpler chord shapes, and then it is all practice-practice-practice - which is generally the part where people quit. Until strumProfessor, that is. Our aim is to make it fun to learn chord shifts, turning it into a guitar game that you can play on the web.
strumProfessor is an arcade-style guitar game that uses cutting-edge sound recognition and works in your browser. Chord symbols fall down from the sky and your mission is to destroy them by strumming on your (real) guitar before they hit the ground. Each level brings new chords, faster tempo and a different level goal. A few hundred people have tested it already and we are pretty sure that it will help you master guitar chords too. Have fun!

You can start playing the guitar game without paying anything or even registering. Just take your guitar and see if it works for you. From Level 2 we ask you to log in using Google or Facebook and from Level 4 we will ask a modest $5.95
